Hi! My name is Nicholas. I’m 23 and a senior studying Management. I’m originally from Austin, Texas, but I’ve always loved being near the water and spending time at the beach whenever I can.

I would describe myself as pretty easygoing and relaxed. I like keeping things low-stress and going with the flow, especially when it comes to daily routines. I enjoy being outside, surfing, and just spending time by the ocean—it’s definitely where I feel most at home.

I like staying active, whether that’s working out, being at the beach, or just getting outside. I also enjoy hanging out with friends and being social, but I’m not someone who needs constant activity—I appreciate having time to unwind and recharge too.

I keep my space clean and comfortable and try to be respectful of shared areas. I’m pretty adaptable when it comes to schedules and easy to live with overall.

I’m looking for a roommate who is chill, respectful, and easy to get along with. Someone who keeps things clean and enjoys a good balance of social time and downtime would be a great fit.
