Arshia Parsa

Hi! My name is Arshia. I’m 20 and a junior studying Finance. I’m originally from Beverly Hills, California, and I’ve grown up around a fast-paced, social environment, which definitely reflects in my lifestyle.

I would describe myself as outgoing, driven, and very social. I like staying busy, whether that’s going to the gym, spending time with friends, or getting out and trying new places around the city. I’m also really into cars—especially Porsche—and it’s something I genuinely enjoy spending time around.

Outside of that, I spend a lot of time with my girlfriend and my family, who are both really important to me. I also love finding good matcha spots and just having a go-to routine during the week that keeps things balanced.

I tend to lean toward a later schedule and enjoy going out, especially on weekends, but I’m still responsible during the week and stay on top of school. I like having a clean and organized space to come back to, and I’m respectful of shared areas and other people’s routines.

I’m looking for a roommate who is social, easygoing, and respectful. Ideally someone who is clean, communicative, and enjoys a good mix of going out and having a comfortable space to relax at home.
